One day I woke up founding that it was 7:30 already and the other people in my dormitory were still sleeping, so I declared loudly that "It is 7:30 alresdy, get up, otherwise we will be late." I had said it three times before I suddenly realized I was speaking in my dialect. The feeling is really complex, and I realized I was far away from home.
I am far away from home. I have to stand on my own foot and take care of myself. My mother had done a lot for me which I took for granted, but now I have to do it by myself. It may be a little difficult at the beginning but after I make it I feel a sense of achievement.
I am far away from home. I looked through the newspaper for something about my motherland, sadly found that my motherland is not that pleasant in the eyes of other countries' people. We do know a lot of bad things in China. However we would not love to admit it anymore, for we are far away from home. We represent China now and bad things about China are bad things about ourselves.
I am far away from home. The Spring Festival is coming and I am still far away from home. This will be the first time I spend my Spring Festival without my parents and relatives around me. I thought I would be very homesick at this time but actually I am not that homesick for there are always a lot of friends here and they share the same life with me. Far away from home, we are brothers and sisters. I feel not a bit lonely although I am far away from home.
Far away from home, I learned a lot, found a lot and got a lot.
Yes, we are far away from home and it will take us a long time to go back home again. But we are not lonely here. Living with all our classmates is also a pleasing experience.
ReplyDeleteit is very late for me to feel homesick. i now really miss a lot of food in china.although there are a lot of chinese and a lot of chinese restaurant in singapore, their food is quite different from china's.

ReplyDeleteAlthough we are still not that familiar with each other ,I belive we can become good friends with time going by.
Living in a foreign country teaches us a lot ,and we must take care of ourselves so that our parents could not need to worry about us.
