no pain,no gain

I feel so happy that I can now play the guitar, although it really took me great effort and pain. I learnt to play the guitar only after the college entrance examination. Before that, I was not good at any musical instrument. In fact, I could not perform at any party, because I had no special talents to perform on the stage. I felt disappointed with myself. So I took part in a guitar training course, full of anticipated eagerness. At first, it was really painful to learn how to play the guitar, and my fingers hurt so much after every practice. In addition, I did not even have a basic knowledge of music,so it was harder for me to understand the teacher. I felt so depressed that some younger child could play the guitar better than me. But I did not want to give up so easily. I went on practising and after some time, things got better day by day. After a month, my progress was obviously visible. I feel more confident and enjoy playing the guitar now, although there is still a long way to go. It is good to have something to perform at parties, which help me mingle with my friends more easily. Maybe I am not able to perform on the stage right now, but it does not matter, because I prefer to play the guitar for my parents during our leisure time together which adds to forging a stronger family bond. Through this learning progress, I  learnt that if I have the aspiration, I should go for it no matter how much effort it takes, because all my sweats will pay off finally.

  3. Nice experience! A girl without music bases became a guitar player. The story is meaningful, it told us to go for our dreams no matter how much efforts should we take. Because we will get our "sweets".

  7. It is touching me. It is not easy for us to have something we want to do nowadays I think, so once we have, we should try and go for it.
