Get adapted to a different culture.

Usually, after one have been influenced by one culture for a long time, it’s hard for them to get used to another culture. However, there is a way, in my opinion, to get adapted to a different culture, there are four phases one should get through.
The first phase is “getting to know about the culture”. Whatever way you choose, you should learn as much information about the culture as possible.Then you will be familiar with the culture. After you come across the first phase, the second step appears in front of you, that is “experience the culture”. When you live in that culture, you will know more about the culture, and develop your knowing about the custom. Then comes the third phase called “getting closer to the culture”. In this period of time, you can make friends with people who live in this culture only. When you can be a ordinary friend of those who influented by the culture deeply, you are close to the culture. After you get through the third phase, you will get to the last culture, that is to surpose you were one who deeply influented by the culture. That is to say you consider you were a local, do as the Romans do! As time pass by, you will find you are adapted to the culture.
That is my opinion about how to get success on getting adapted to a different culture.
