Ideal world

Suppose there is no boundary of countries which is to say people of all races are united. The world will be a better place without so many wars or conflicts. I do not think this idea is naïve, because history showed us the possibility.
In ancient times, the main land of China is also occupied by many countries separately, for instance, in ChunQiu times, there were more than 10 countries exit. While, the land had been united after that, which made people lead a better life. Even so, the dynasty sometimes being replaced is because the emperor is of no wisdom. Or, sometimes the mainland had been separated again for somebody had the ambition to be an emperor. Thus, we founded the republic of China today. I think none of us Chinese want it to be separated unless the government does nothing good to citizens. You may doubt why some part of China wants to be independent, that is because the economy in that place is not good and some relation problems. Well, if you want to ask the reason how come the possibility appears for a part to be independent. The answer is that they are under some other powerful countries’ supporting. Suppose that the whole world is a united part, all citizen and armies are under the world government’s control. How could a part of a world were to be separated? Does the leader of Tibet dare to say they want to be separated from the world? Absolutely not!
So I think there is possibility that the world is controlled consolidated. As long as there were no discriminations and all kinds of people can get protected from the government equally, it is good to be united. If the president of the world is not good, just get him down using our human rights as in our own country now. The world is not united now is because that all the government regard the dominion of a country as the most important thing, even more important than people’s life. So the leaders are not willing to give another people or government of a different race the right to control their land and citizens. But if one day, when there exit all human’s public enemy, like outer space creatures, people all around the world will get together and fight the public enemy, then the world will be united. Who knows?

  1. I like your idea of a united world. But, to be realistic, I don't think it's possible. One reason is that people in the world are so different and have lots of conflicts due to the history like China and Japan. Thus it's almost impossible to dominate the world by one government. On the other hand, if one united government is an ideal way to organize the world, why it never come true, or even the most parts of the world has never been controlled by one government during the long history of humans?

  2. I think your aim for a peaceful world is good but it is kind of naive. It is very hard for the world to become that what you have described. Between nations, there are not permanent friends but there are permanent interest. I think we should now concentrate on our economy and when our economy have developed enough, the other problems will disappear by themselves.
